Quotes and starting prices

Prices shown on the website are starting prices only. Eligible local man-and-van and removal jobs may start from £60 when they are within approximately 8 road miles of the customer’s pickup postcode. The final price depends on the actual journey, load size, access, floors, waiting time, assistance required and other job-specific requirements.

Bookings

A website, email or WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after AVB agrees the job details, price, date and time with the customer.

Customer information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate addresses, access information and a reasonable description of the items to be transported. Significant differences may require the quote to be revised.

Items

Fragile, unusually heavy, high-value or restricted items should be identified before booking. AVB may decline items that are unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable for transport.

Timing

Arrival and journey times can be affected by traffic, weather, access and circumstances outside reasonable control. Estimated times are not guarantees unless specifically agreed.
